SAR #14200

Because the EU needs Russia's gas. Next question...

Perspective: Despite the various conspiracy theories being tossed around, no one reasonably suspects that the shooting down of a civilian airliner over Ukraine was intentional. As the US can testify, these things happen. How much better it would have been if whoever screwed up had just said, 'Oops, sorry.”

Once Around: Surveys show that more people than ever oppose the NSA practices Edward Snowden revealed. Why, should he spend his life in prison?” Simple: Because more people than ever oppose those NSA practices.

Hopes, Dashed: Will Elizabeth Warren run for president? Nope.

Better Question: Why are there so many young refugees streaming into the US from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador and nearly none from Nicaragua? And why are these refugees not called refugees? Ah, responsibility. Ours.

The Enemy: The US government doesn't trust at least 1.5 million of us. Thinks we're terrorists or likely to soon become such. That's why we're in the Terrorist Screening Database. Or might be, who knows?

Good Question: Why do we have blood types? We don't know.

Brier Patch: Faced with the twin problems of deteriorating highway infrastructure and Republican refusal to pay for fixing things, Obama is now urging states to enter into “private-public' solutions. For which read toll roads and bridges and privatization, privatization, privatization. In other words, a GOP victory. But not for the citizenry – just ask a Chicagoan about parking

Terminology: It's not called 'an offensive' for nothing.

Holy, Holy, Holy: In case you haven't noticed, professional sports have become mass religious orgies celebrating the homeland and its warriors.

Just In: Pew pollsters find that Republicans are the biggest haters, but Americans in general and Christians in particular are downright intolerant of (and afraid of) religious views and practices different from their own. In the US, “hatred between religions, distrust and downright anger are the everyday norm...” In case you've been out of the room and didn't already know.

Don't Ask, Don't Tell:Giant rubber duck lost in China flood.”

with regard to who shot down the airliner, and why -

one can reasonably hypothesize that the actual perpetrators are not identified beyond reasonable doubt - see http://consortiumnews.com/2014/07/20/what-did-us-spy-satellites-see-in-ukraine/

with regard to intentionality, some have hypothesized, perhaps not reasonably, that since the kiev regime benefits from the perception that the plane was shot down by the rebels, arguably with assistance from moscow, that the kiev regime had a motive to do it with the intention of assigning blame to their enemies - similar things have happened in the not-so-distant past

re Holy, Holy, Holy - see my comments here from two years ago

And we pray to our Lord
Who we know is American
He reigns from on high
He speaks to us through middlemen
And he shepherds his flock
We sing out and we praise His name
He supports us in war
He presides over football games
And the right will prevail
All our troubles shall be resolved
We have faith in the Lord
Unless there's money or sex involved

Frail grasp on the big picture
Nobody's calling them for roughing up the pitcher (?)
It's a frail grasp on the big picture
Heaven help us

The Russians have released data from their civilian radar systems and satellite imagery.

It shows 2 Ukrainian military fighters tailed MH17, an unidentified third aircraft climbed rapidly from low level towards MH 17,
turn then descended rapidly. A short time afterwards MH17 disappeared from the radar. The satellite imagery shows
multiple Ukrainian Buk batteries in the area, not the single Buk launcher without radar that the militias are supposed to
have had. Ukraine denied any of its aircraft were tailing MH17. It has also confiscated air traffic records held at Kiev Borispol.

Russia is also aware that the US will have satellite imagery and radar data of its own. It has challenged the US to publish it.

Mike Whitney made an prescient prediction in an article about US war for resource control on 9 July 2014. He stated that
we should expect another false flag incident on a much larger scale than the fire in Odessa. Washington is
going to have to do something really big and make it look like it was Moscow's doing

And the plane was full of people that were already dead, so that makes it a Euro false flags event, since those dead dutch came from the flower district...

Or it's the 21st century head fake of the decade, Barack and Vlad are gonna use this to distract from the dissappearing oil reserves in eastern europe and the monterray shale....
